Key Projects
Al Batin Project
The largest agricultural project of date palms in the Middle East, covering 5466 hectares with 200,000 palm trees of 45 varieties. Located southeast of Buraydah City in Qassim, the project initially focused on wheat, barley, and watermelon but transitioned to date palms by 1995. Recognized by the Guinness World Records as the largest palm tree project globally.
Durma Project
Strategically located near Riyadh, covering 760 hectares. Known for its high-quality Khulas and Nabat Saif date palms, the project transitioned from wheat and barley to date palms, now hosting 50,000 palm trees. The project uses modern irrigation techniques.
Al Hayer and Al Tawfiq Project
Acquired in 1383H, this project east of Riyadh spans 30 hectares. Initially containing 260 palm trees, it has expanded to 2,085 palm trees of various types. The project is irrigated using a modern irrigation network.
